WILLIAM GANDSEY – COO

Bill Gandsey stands as the cornerstone of Tri-Tech Restoration, serving as the company’s Chief Operating Officer and one of its original founding members. With over three decades of comprehensive experience as a licensed general contractor, Bill has emerged as an innovator in the field of property restoration.

 

Bill’s illustrious academic journey includes multiple degrees from Cal State University at Fullerton, including a bachelor’s degree in Biological Science complemented by a minor in Chemistry and a master’s degree in Public Administration. His diverse educational background has equipped him with a unique blend of technical expertise and analytical prowess, which he seamlessly integrates into his restoration endeavors.

 

Specializing in the restoration of properties ravaged by catastrophic events such as fire, water/floods, smoke, vehicle collisions, environmental contaminations, and earthquakes, Bill’s proficiency extends across both the private and public sectors. His multifaceted role encompasses overseeing sales, operations, emergency services, training, and consulting functions within the firm.

 

Renowned as a national trainer and a trusted consulting contractor for numerous insurance carriers, Bill’s expertise transcends conventional boundaries. He serves as an industry trainer for insurance adjusters, government property managers, and commercial clients, sharing his wealth of knowledge and insights to enhance industry standards.

 

In addition to his myriad accomplishments, Bill holds an additional license with the State of California’s Department of Health Services and boasts a multitude of industry certifications. As a certified Master Restorer in the United States, Bill remains steadfastly committed to surpassing clients’ expectations across all service levels, embodying Tri-Tech Restoration’s unwavering dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction.

MICHAEL BOYD – CFO

With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years, Michael stands as a seasoned general contractor renowned for his expertise in construction and property restoration. His portfolio boasts a diverse range of projects, from custom home designs to expansive condominium complexes and shopping centers.

 

Michael’s comprehensive skillset encompasses every facet of the construction industry, including general construction, property restoration, historical preservation, estimating, project management, and interior design. His meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality have earned him a reputation for excellence across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

 

As the Chief Financial Officer and one of the original founders of Tri-Tech Restoration, Michael not only oversees projects of varying scales but also ensures the company’s healthy finances and business operations. His adept management of both small-scale renovations and multi-million-dollar enterprises, coupled with approximately 150 full-time employees under his guidance, underscores his dedication to maintaining the company’s financial stability while prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else.
