AMY BOYD – CEO

One of the original founders of Tri-Tech Restoration and the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Amy has been a key factor in Tri-Tech Restoration’s success through her sound and stable fiscal management.

 

Amy has provided the strength to navigate the firm through years of changing and challenging markets. With an educational background in accounting, her attention to detail and service orientated management approach continues to ensure the company’s leading place in the industry. Amy holds certifications in water restoration through the institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration.

WILLIAM GANDSEY – COO

The company’s Chief Operating Officer and one of the original founding members, Bill Gandsey is a licensed general contractor with over 20 years of experience. He is responsible for the sales, operations, emergency services, training and consulting functions of the firm.

 

With multiple degrees from Cal State University at Fullerton, including a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Science and a minor in Chemistry, Bill has specialized in the restoration of properties damaged from catastrophic events such as fire, water/floods, smoke, vehicle collisions, environmental contaminations and earthquakes, utilizing his technical knowledge in both the private and public sectors.

 

Bill is the national trainer for Farmers Insurance, a consulting contractor for many insurance carriers, and an industry trainer for insurance adjusters, government property mangers and commercial clients. He holds an additional license with the State of California’s Department of Health Services and many industry certifications. Bill is dedicated to exceeding client’s expectations on all service levels.

MICHAEL BOYD – CFO

With over 25 years of experience as a general contractor, Michael has developed unparalleled expertise in the field. From designing customer home projects to building condominium complexes and shopping centers, Michael has displayed his remarkable talent for general construction, property restoration, historical preservation, estimating, project management, and interior design for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

 

As Chief Financial Officer of Tri-Tech Restoration and one of the original founders, Michael has successfully managed projects ranging from small home renovations to multi-million dollar enterprises with approximately 150 full-time employees at the company’s disposal. All of Michael’s projects are handled in the same hands-on manner that ensures customer satisfaction.
