General Construction
Licensed Residential & Commercial Construction · Additions, Remodels & Ground-Up Builds
Licensed residential and commercial building — additions, remodels and rebuilds.
General Construction, handled end to end.
Because Tri-Tech is a licensed general contractor, construction isn't a subcontractor we hand you off to — it's what we do. From ground-up new construction to additions, remodels and commercial build-outs, our team manages the whole project: design and planning, permits, skilled trades and quality control, delivered on schedule and on budget. The same crews that rebuild after a fire or flood build from scratch — with three decades of Southern California experience behind every project.
New construction
Ground-up residential and commercial builds, from site prep to final walkthrough, coordinated with your architects and engineers.
Additions & remodels
Room and second-story additions, kitchen and bath remodels, and whole-home renovations for any size project.
Commercial build-outs
Tenant improvements and commercial interiors built to your specs and delivered ready to open.
Permits & compliance
We navigate plan check, permits and code so your project is legal, inspected and signed off.
Project management
Dedicated oversight of timelines, budgets and subcontractors — on time, on budget, one point of contact.

Common questions, answered.
Are you a licensed general contractor?
Yes — California license B-501801, with three decades of local experience. Construction and restoration live under one roof, so the same licensed team can build, remodel or rebuild your property.
Do you handle permits and plan check?
Yes. We assess the regulatory requirements for your project, pull the necessary permits, and coordinate inspections so everything is properly approved, code-compliant and signed off.
Do you do both residential and commercial work?
Both. We handle homes, room and second-story additions, kitchen and bath remodels, whole-home renovations, commercial build-outs and tenant improvements — any size project.
Can you work with my architect and engineer?
Yes. We coordinate closely with your design team throughout the project, and can bring in design and engineering support if you don't already have it.
How do you keep projects on time and on budget?
A dedicated project manager owns the schedule, budget and subcontractor coordination, with clear scope up front and regular progress updates — one point of contact from start to finish.
Do you build additions and second stories?
Yes — room additions, second-story additions and full renovations are core work, handled through the same planning, permitting and quality-control process as any build.
Do you offer emergency construction services?
Yes. Our 24-hour line handles emergency board-up, shoring and temporary repairs, and we transition straight into permanent reconstruction when you're ready.
We work directly with your carrier.
Fire, water and smoke losses are covered by most homeowner and commercial policies. We document the damage, coordinate with your adjuster, and bill your insurance directly — so recovery starts now, not after the paperwork.
