Our commitment
Tri-Tech Restoration & Construction Co. Inc. is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard only, use voice control or a switch device, enlarge text, or need high contrast.
Most people reach us in an emergency. Water is spreading, a fire has just been put out, or a storm has opened a roof. Nobody in that situation should have to fight a website to find our phone number. That is the standard we hold this site to, and it is why we treat accessibility as part of emergency response rather than as paperwork.
The standard we apply
We build and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the benchmark most widely used to judge whether a website is accessible, and it is the standard courts and regulators in the United States most often point to when the Americans with Disabilities Act is applied to websites.
We also review against the newer WCAG 2.2 as we make changes, and expect to move our formal claim to WCAG 2.2 Level AA over time.
How far we conform
This website partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conforms" means most of the site meets the standard, but some parts do not yet fully meet it. We have chosen to say this plainly rather than claim more than we can stand behind.
The pages we write and publish ourselves — our home page, service pages, service area, about and leadership pages, careers, FAQ, reviews, contact and quote forms, and our legal pages — have been tested against every Level A and Level AA requirement that can be checked, and currently pass.
Where it falls short, and what to do instead
- Photos uploaded by our team and our customers. Project photos attached to a job, and photos posted in the community forum, are uploaded by people rather than generated by the site. Their descriptions are only as good as what the person typed, and some have none. If a photo matters to you and you cannot tell what it shows, call us on 818.565.3900 and we will describe it or send you the detail in writing.
- Community forum posts. Forum topics and replies are written by members. We moderate for conduct, not for formatting, so headings, link wording and image descriptions in member posts vary.
- The interactive service-area map. The map on our home page is a visual aid only. Every county and city it shows is also written out as text immediately beside it, and the ZIP code checker on that same section works entirely by keyboard. Nothing is available only on the map.
- Documents and photography we are still replacing. We are in the middle of replacing the photography on this site. New images get their descriptions written at the same time as the picture, but older images carry shorter descriptions than we would like.
Tell us when something does not work
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to hear about it — including small things. It is the fastest way we find out what is broken.

24-hour hotline: 800.900.8448
Online: our contact form
Mail: Tri-Tech Restoration & Construction Co. Inc., 3301 N San Fernando Blvd, Burbank, CA 91504
Please tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way. If you use a screen reader, voice control or any other assistive technology, naming it helps us reproduce the problem.
We aim to reply within two business days. If a problem stops you from requesting help with property damage, do not wait for us to fix the website — call the 24-hour hotline above and a person will take your information directly.
Getting the same information another way
Anything on this site can be handled by phone instead. We will take a service request, describe photos, read out a quote, walk through paperwork, or send information in whatever format works for you — large print, plain text email, or over the phone. There is no charge and no need to explain why.
How we test
This statement is based on a self-evaluation carried out by our web team. We checked every public page of the site for:
- Text and background colour contrast, measured on the rendered page rather than estimated from the stylesheet.
- Keyboard-only operation — reaching every link, button and form field by keyboard, in a sensible order, with a visible focus indicator and no traps.
- A working "skip to main content" link on every page.
- Text alternatives on images, accessible names on buttons and links, and labels on every form field.
- Heading structure, so a screen reader user can navigate a page by its headings.
- Reflow — the site usable at 400% zoom and down to a 320-pixel-wide screen without content being cut off or needing sideways scrolling.
- Form errors and status messages being announced rather than appearing silently.
We re-run these checks when we change the site. We have not yet carried out testing with people who use assistive technology day to day, which is the one thing automated and self-testing cannot replace. We intend to.
What this site needs from your browser
This site relies on standard HTML, CSS and JavaScript and works in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop and mobile, including with those browsers' own zoom, reader and high-contrast modes. The site does not require any plug-in, add-on or accessibility overlay. If you have turned JavaScript off, every page still reads, and our phone numbers, addresses and service information remain available; the interactive map and the ZIP code checker will not run.
Accessible construction work
Separately from this website: if you need accessibility work as part of a restoration or rebuild — grab bars, a curbless shower, widened doorways, ramps, lowered counters, or any other ADA or CBC accessibility requirement — our construction division does that work. Ask for it when you call and it will be built into the scope and the estimate.
