What is a pack-out?
A pack-out is when we inventory, professionally pack and transport your belongings to our secure facility for cleaning, restoration and storage. It gets your items out of the damaged environment, lets us restore them properly with the right equipment, and clears the space so structural repairs can proceed.
How do you decide what can be saved?
We assess each item by the type and category of damage, the material, and whether restoration costs less than replacement. Salvageable items are restored; anything beyond saving is documented and photographed for your insurance claim.
Can you save water- or smoke-damaged electronics?
Often, if we get to them quickly. Smoke and water leave corrosive residue that keeps damaging circuitry over time, so fast decontamination matters. Specialists clean, decontaminate and test electronics — and recover data where possible.
How do you keep track of all my belongings?

In our climate-controlled, secured storage facility. Items stay protected and inventoried there until your property is ready, then we deliver and place them back.
